What we collect

Speedforge collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Email address and password hash (for account authentication)
• Display name and optional profile information you provide
• Solve times, scrambles, and related cubing data you submit
• Session metadata (IP address, user agent) for security purposes

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the Speedforge service
• To authenticate your account and protect your data
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To detect and prevent abuse (rate limiting, security monitoring)

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
• We do not share your data with advertisers
• We do not send marketing emails without your consent

Third-party services

• Google OAuth (optional sign-in) - subject to Google's privacy policy
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Google Cloud Run (application hosting)

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
