By using Speedforge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Speedforge is a speedcubing platform that provides a timer, solve tracking, analytics, and social features. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or data preservation beyond reasonable effort.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You must provide a valid email address
• You must be at least 3 years old to create an account
• One account per person

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent solve times or manipulate data
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Harass other users or post offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' data or exploit the service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Liability

Speedforge is provided without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
